1. Order Processing

All Inheritable Gift Sets are prepared and packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days of purchase. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a separate email with your tracking details once your parcel has been shipped.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary based on location and courier services, but standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

All deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners, and tracking numbers are provided where available. Estimated delivery dates are for guidance only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or seasonal demand.

3. Digital Access and Instant Delivery

When you purchase an Inheritable Gift Set or digital membership, your digital access details are delivered instantly by email. This includes your PDF activation guide and account setup information, so you can begin using Inheritable straight away while waiting for your physical gift set to arrive.

Please check your inbox (and spam or promotions folders) shortly after completing your order. If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, contact us.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery destination and parcel weight. Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied upon arrival in their country.

5. Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Inheritable is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
